We congratulate the Miss Wisconsin, Laura Kaeppeler as the new Miss America 2012! She was crowned as Miss America 2012 in Las Vegas Saturday night. Her fantastic talent in singing, and her answer to the final question made her win the pageant.
The final question to Miss Wisconsin Laura Kaeppeler was about whether or not Miss America should be allowed to declare a political affiliation. “Miss America represents everyone, so I think the message to political candidates is that they represent everyone as well,” she answered. “And so in these economic times, we need to be looking forward to what America needs, and I think Miss America needs to represent all.”
A $50,000 scholarship reward is granted to her, plus she has to carry the title for 1 year. Again, CONGRATULATIONS Miss America 2012 Laura Kaeppeler!

It always makes me wonder though, why is it that every time someone wons a pageant, the question being asked and her answer is always the one being talked about. lol.
